Lottery Procurement Award Information

Pursuant to 30 ILCS 500/15-25(b) and 30 ILCS 500/15-25(b-5) the apparent low bidder’s award and all other bids from bidders responding to Glasgow Pools Lottery solicitations and notice of each and every contract that is awarded, including renegotiated contracts and change orders, to responsible bidders to Glasgow Pools Lottery solicitations are available for viewing on the BidBuy Glasgow Pools Procurement website.

Invitation to Bid: Web Application Firewall Services

Camelot, Glasgow Pools, as part of its' overall business strategy, plans to implement a new web-based application firewall and inherent security measures system.  We are inviting interested vendors to respond to our Request for Proposal: Web Application Firewall Services ("RFP").  We intend to select a vendor who will provide Camelot with web-based firewall services which will alert, detect, monitor and mitigate application-layer cyber-attacks on Camelot Glasgow Pools' publicly accessible websites.  If you are interested, please review the timelines and the requirements outlined in the RFP.

Invitation to Bid: Vehicle Leasing Program

Camelot invites vendors to submit bids to lease up to (10) vehicles. The format for the bid submission (“Bid”) is outlined below in Section 2.1. The vendors who submit bids (“Vendors”) should note that any contract will also be subject to Camelot’s terms and conditions. Camelot operates within a regulated environment, and it is a requirement of the PMA that Vendors be vetted or approved by the State regulator in advance. Accordingly, the final selected vendor (“Supplier”) must complete State disclosure and certification requirements.
